Your benefits with RECYFIX MONOTEC
The RECYFIX MONOTEC system is manufactured from fibre-reinforced polypropylene (PP) with an integrated FIBRETEC heelsafe composite cover. The monolithic drainage system is manufactured from two parts using a mirror welding process. The units are exceptionally durable, vandal-proof with impact, chemical and corrosion resistance, providing low-cost maintenance during life-time use.
The load class is rated up to D 400 and the system can withstand high volumes of continual traffic making it ideal for installation within car parks, supermarkets, and retail and commercial areas.

RECYFIX MONOTEC
Optimal drainage performance through slim construction design
Due to the modified fibre-reinforced polypropylene used in the manufacturing of our RECYFIX MONOTEC system, we are able to produce a discrete high capacity trench drain system that retains a maximum drainage cross-section of 746.1 cm². This means the system has the ability to cope with inflow of heavy rainfall and offers a sufficient backwater reserve to drain large catchment areas safely and reliably.
RECYFIX: sustainable material
The raw material for RECYFIX comes from recycled goods used in everyday life such as packaging, freezer bags and disposable plastic bottles. By utilising these items in the manufacturing process of RECYFIX channels, it protects the environment by reducing waste mountains.
Environmental credentials
RECYFIX channels carry the Blue Angel environmental label, a recognised award in Germany for resource-saving use of materials. The trench drains are PVC-free and fully recyclable following lifetime use.
